Today's workout focuses on
chest and back. There's a lot of push ups :/ Not my strength!! I'm super sore from yesterday, since the 3 workouts I did targeted pretty much my entire body, but I'm ready to bust this out today!
Here we go!
As usual, that was intense! I THINK I can feel some of these exercises getting easier. No wait! This reminds me of a picture I saw recently....
